We need to be aware of our own selves, our body, our breath, our mind, how the mind works. Become confident of who you are.
Those who are ignorant of the supreme purpose of life will never be able to attain nirvana (liberation) in spite of their observance of the vratas (vows) and niyamas (rules) of religious conduct and practice of shila (celibacy) and tapas (penance).
Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn’t learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn’t learn a little, at least we didn’t get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn’t die; so, let us all be thankful.
All ups and downs help you to find a balance in your being. No more ups and downs, but bliss, joy, silence and gratitude.
A spring of infinite power is coiled up and is inside this little body and that spring is spreading itself.
Knowing that I am different from the body, I need not neglect the body. It is a vehicle that I use to transact with the world. It is the temple which houses the Pure Self within.
