Science tells theology about the structure and history of the universe and its evolutionary nature. Religious insight can set the laws of nature in a more profound context of understanding, so that their deep order, rational beauty and anthropic fine-tuning become intelligible.
Be of service. Whether you make yourself available to a friend or co-worker, or you make time every month to do volunteer work, there is nothing that harvests more of feeling of empowerment than being of service to someone in need.
Know that all creatures have evolved from this twofold energy, and Brahmn is the origin as well as dissolution of the entire universe.
